Licensed Clients

Any persons or organizations renting a trailer for the purpose of selling and storage must have a temporary beer permit and insurance.  Your insurance must have Nashville Party Trailer as a certificate of holder.  The unit will not be rented without these documents.

Non-Licensed Clients

Any persons or organizations renting the trailer for the purpose of just renting the trailer must sign a not for resale affidavit form.  Nashville Party Trailer recommends that you inquire about having a one time hosting policy insurance to protect you and your event from any risk.

All organizations must sign a rental agreement.

Trailer rental is $285 for the first day. Each additional day is $100.00 per day, up to 6 days. Rental terms more than 6 days will be $50.00 per day after the 6th day. See chart below:

Additional Days     $50.00 / day

Rental agreement includes delivery up to 50 miles from downtown Nashville, TN.   An additional charge of $1.00 per mile will be added for distances further than 50 miles.  All reservations require a security deposit of $150 due at the time of reservation. This deposit includes $100.00 security refundable at completion of rental, upon inspection of trailer. the balance due upon delivery of the trailer.

A refundable security deposit of $100 is required upon delivery of the trailer.  The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental term as long as there is no damage to the trailer.  A pre-event trailer inspection is required upon delivery as well as a post-event inspection.
